CODE of CONDUCT

The APDRC is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Harassment, bullying, or abuse will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed from the event and barred from future participation.

Unacceptable behavior includes:

- Offensive comments related to identity or appearance

- Sexual images in public spaces

- Intimidation, stalking, or disruption of sessions

- Unwelcome sexual attention

Participants must comply immediately if asked to stop inappropriate behavior. Sponsors are also expected to uphold these standards and avoid sexualized content in promotions.

If you witness or experience harassment, contact the organizing committee promptly.

Recording or photographing oral presentations is prohibited. Poster authors must grant permission before photos are taken.

This Code applies to all conference activities, including social events. Attendance implies agreement to these terms
