CONFERENCE CANCELLATION BY YOU & REFUND POLICY

The organisers understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the The Event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. There shall be no changes allowed 7 days prior to The Event.

If you are unable to attend for any reason including failure to obtain a visa and cannot provide a substitute, a full refund less a NT$1,000 administration fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 12th Sept 2025.

No refunds will be issued on or after 12 Sept 2025. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
